Christine reviewed my list of prospective homes to look at, but also found others that fit my criteria. She picked me up and drove me around which was very helpful as I was moving from another state and did not know the area at all. Christine knows the area very well, is familiar with current construction and anticipated plans. Christine was quick to point out features I might have missed and was very knowledgeable about area home construction and housing options. She worked very hard to find me a ranch home. Once I found my home, Christine explained the negotiation and contract process very thoroughly as it’s somewhat different from my previous state and I purchased my last home 16 years ago. She was able to help me negotiate a very attractive price at a substantial discount. At closing, Christine found a $500 error in the paperwork in my favor! She is very detailed detailed oriented. In addition, Christine has a network of tested service providers to help you settle in to your new home. Even after your closing, Christine is there to make sure your move is going well and helping out where she can. Christine truly cares about helping you find your new, happy home!
